What I found · 1–2 October 2026
I checked 749 real estate websites. More than half could not tell where a lead came from.
Out of 749 homepages of agents, consultants and developers in 26 cities:
- 41756% of 749had no ad or analytics tracking on the homepage. No Meta pixel, no Google Ads tag, no Tag Manager or Analytics.
- 44960% of 749had no WhatsApp click-to-chat link.
- 35447% of 749had no form of any kind on the homepage.
- 26235% of 749had neither a WhatsApp link nor a form. A ready buyer had no quick way to ask a question.
Real estate agents, consultants, developers and builders found on Google Maps in 26 cities across Uttar Pradesh, Delhi NCR and nearby states. An automated check read each homepage on 1–2 October 2026. Only the homepage was checked, so some of these sites may have tracking or forms on other pages. Full write-up on veloxisglobal.com.
